About us
We founded ConsultoraBK® in 2003 to provide the best consulting and development services, maintaining long-term relationships with few large companies. Providing high-level services performed by high-performance teams using the best methodologies gives us the opportunity to offer our services to large corporations, in many occasions, from South America to Central America, North America and Europe.
Our first case of success was published in 2011 by Brenntag Corp LATAM (headquarters in Houston) to whom we have been providing services since 2006, including management, mentoring and coaching in the development and implementation of applications in more than a dozen Latin American countries.Our latest case of success in IT products, documented and used as a case study in several universities since last year, has been the coaching of the first Agile digital product "Corporate Go" of ICBC (Industrial and Commercial Bank of China) made in Argentina for Argentina.
Our latest documented success case of non-IT high performance teams has been coaching and mentoring in various areas of Human Resources, Sales, Marketing, Communications and Operational Support to branches of a multinational bank.
We are currently dedicated to training Scrum teams and inducing the change of mindset necessary for the Agile transformation of companies, including Coaching and Mentoring for groups that wish to become high performance agile teams.
This includes selection of teams, integral assessment of the company including its dynamics, processes and communication styles, identifying strengths, risks and opportunities for improvement and Agile assessment of the agility level achieved.
Not only do we implement Agile methodologies and tools, but we also train their internal coaches so they can better implement the Scrum framework at a 100% with Lean and Kanban to guarantee both the continuous improvement of the Processes and the Empirical Control.
This allows us to demonstrate in practice in a short time how to naturally scale Scrum, allowing companies to reduce their bureaucracy while their teams are synchronized with Scrum@scale framework.

Paula Elisa Kvedaras
Paula has more than 15 years of experience in management and direction of international projects for corporations. She works combining a degree in Psychology with postgraduate and international masters in Project Management; she has been, for over 10 years, a tenure professor of Project Management in various national and international postgraduate courses, a five-year tenure at OBS as professor and author of courses material such as "Digital Project Management" in the Digital Transformation and Business Development Master and "Agile: a change of mentality" and "Application of Agile" for the Master of Project Management, Director and professor of the first Agile post-graduate program in Latin America at the ITBA, etc.
She is licensed by Scrum Inc. as Agile Coach and, as you can see in the Trainers Directory, she is one of the only 73 certified trainers in the world who can give the course required to take the exam of Scrum@Scale Practitioner Certification.
She has the two certifications of the most important certifying institution in the world, the Project Management Institute (PMI): Project Management Profession for traditional project management methodologies and PMI-ACP as a practitioner of Agile Methodologies. Ana Victoria Bardoneschi
Ana has more than 30 years of experience as an analyst and a professor. She has been working in management and direction of international projects for corporations for more than 15 years, and has more than 5 years of experience as a Certified Scrum Master and Certified Product Owner with 100% success forming high performance teams and training Product Owners of the business to lead multidisciplinary teams.
She has also recently licensed as an Agile Coach by Scrum.Inc.
She is a tenured professor and author of the material of several course on the practical application of Agile and Scrum of prestigious universities like the post-graduate program "Agile methodologies for project and product management" of the ITBA (Technological Institute of Buenos Aires) and in the Master of Project Management of OBS (Online Business School of the University of Barcelona), etc.
She is also certified as a Scrum@Scale Practitioner, which is the latest and most important certification granted by Scrum@Scale LLC, the association between Scrum.Inc and Scrum Alliance to implement Scrum in multiple teams (IT or not) in a natural and effective way.
